We ship within the United States only.

If your cart has both, you pay the $5.95 on the single item and the bundle still ships free.
Orders are dispatched from a fulfilment network inside the United States, typically within one business day. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States at the moment.
Returns
If it isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. You don't need to explain yourself.
Unopened is straightforward. Opened is fine too, as long as more than half the product is still there — trying something twice and deciding it isn't for you is exactly what this is for. A nearly empty bottle isn't. Bundles come back as a complete set, since the price is a discount on the set.
Start a return through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please don't post anything back before you hear from us — parcels that arrive unannounced are slow to match to an order and slow to refund.
Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged, was faulty, or we sent the wrong thing. The original shipping charge isn't refunded; bundles ship free, so on a bundle there's nothing to withhold.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving.

Damaged or missing orders
If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and it hasn't, get in touch within 14 days with your order number and a photo where relevant. We'll replace it or refund it — no return needed for a damaged item.
Bought somewhere else?
If you bought on Amazon or from a retailer, their returns process applies — we can't refund an order we didn't take payment for. We're still happy to help with product questions.
