Shipping policy
Where we ship
The United States only, including all 50 states and DC. We don't currently ship internationally.
We can't deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please give us a street address at checkout.
What it costs
- Any bundle — The Duo, The Double Duo, or either twin pack — ships free.
- Single items — a flat $5.95.
If your cart has a single item and a bundle in it, you pay the single item's $5.95. The bundle still ships free.
How long it takes
Orders are picked and dispatched from a fulfilment network inside the United States, usually within one business day of you ordering. Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Orders placed at a weekend or on a US public holiday go out the next business day.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way. If it's been more than two business days and you haven't seen a tracking email, check your spam folder first, then get in touch.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and nothing turned up, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo where it helps. We'll replace it or refund it — see our refund policy for the detail.
Address changes
We can usually change a delivery address if you tell us the same day you order, but not once the parcel has been picked. Get in touch quickly and we'll do what we can.
