Refund policy
The short version
If it isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. You don't need to prove anything or explain yourself.
What you can send back
- Unopened — a full refund of the product price.
- Opened and tried — a full refund of the product price, as long as more than half the product is still there. Trying something twice and deciding it isn't for you is exactly what this policy is for. A nearly empty bottle isn't.
- Bundles — send the whole bundle back. Bundle pricing is a discount on the set, so a partial return isn't something we can price fairly.
How to start one
Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and a line about what happened. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
Please don't post anything back before you hear from us — parcels that arrive without a return authorisation are hard to match to an order, and slow to refund.
Return postage
Return postage is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged, was faulty, or we sent you the wrong thing — in which case it's on us.
The original shipping charge isn't refunded. Bundles ship free, so on a bundle there is nothing to withhold.
When you get your money
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving. Your bank usually takes a few days more to show it.
Damaged, faulty or missing
If a parcel turns up damaged, or tracking says delivered and nothing arrived, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo where it helps. We'll replace it or refund it — and for a damaged item you won't need to send anything back.
What we can't take back
- Anything more than 30 days past delivery.
- Products that are more than half used.
- Products bought somewhere other than this store. If you bought on Amazon or from a retailer, their returns process applies — we can't refund a purchase we didn't take payment for.
Exchanges
We don't run a formal exchange process. If you want the other product instead, return the first one under this policy and place a new order — it's faster than waiting on an exchange.
